They released a teasing 4-song CD, "Navigate The Flame" in 2007.  Look for it at these stores:

Music Millenium
Everyday Music (Sandy store)          Rocket Records (Tacoma)
Mermaid Music (Vancouver)

Work on their 2nd CD, a fantastic collection of 10, 20, maybe 30 original There She Goes songs, has begun at Fresh Tracks Studio in Portland, OR. They're not hurting for recording material. Every time these two sit down together a new song erupts. The question is which ones go on the new cd? Check out the clips below and let us know what you think! Their music will hit the airwaves soon and you will hear them online, on the radio and in various venues around the Seattle and Portland areas. The next cd will be LOADED. Keep an eye out for it! And look for the CD release parties, as well as shows in your area.

Look for more info. But here are some tasty treats...

Check out their lyrics below, too!

Soft Landing
I climb the stairs that lead nowhere
I walk the road that won’t end
I speak the words with no meaning
I ascend and ascend and ascend

When I fall I seek a soft landing
A palate where flowers never end
A view where the colors are bleeding
Into the soft warm palm of my hand

CHORUS
We seek a new direction
But we’re falling falling
We lose what we believed in
We’re all crawling crawling

I awake in a bed of confusion
The blankets have kept me in tight
The yellow the sky once extended
No longer a part of my sight

The walls too high to look over
The water screams its invite
Face your fears and climb over
Dive in and drink in the night

The Farthest Away
Maybe I think
I was made for much more than this
And I’m so fed up with destiny
Losing my way with the words that I say
And the doubt is crushing in on me

I’ll smile when I’m told
With a knife to my throat
This life is just a test you’ll see
The lessons not clear
As exam time draws near
And my friends fall right in front of me

(CHORUS1)
Escape to a place
A last saving grace
Mistakes I’ve made (are drowning me)
The water runs clear
But the problem I fear
Is life’s not what it’s suppose to be

I’ll take all the bait
As I sit here and wait
While fate takes his time with me
My skin has grown thin
From the place that I’m in
There’s always more that I could be
The farthest away ( x2 )

(BRIDGE)

(CHORUS2)
My grace fades away
In the darkness I lay
As my past rots and decays inside of  me
Careless and free was not meant to be
And the sin builds up for all to see

(REPEAT CHORUS 1)

Human Nature
Spoke my mind - drank my wine - friends are fine
I had nothing but time,  uh huh     uh huh
Shared the rent with every cent,
but at least I believed in the Heaven sent, uh huh

Oh my dear, look-a here:  you have got to know
more than the average bum steer,   uh huh,
uh huh
In case they are, near or far,
not as innocent as you think they are, uh huh

But if I cast the very first stone, yeah
and lose my direction home, yeah
It’s a no-win situation, uh huh
Human Nature…

In my mind I was kind,
but I think I might have been a little blind, uh huh
My fellow man, you understand,
gave a less-than-honorable shake of the hand,
uh huh
But still we sat at my table
listening to all of the fables
because I believe in Human Nature  ooooooh!

BRIDGE
Even the slight-of-hand can make a stand
when the fire is fanned.
But only the chosen few are able to
decide who is who.
So, we sit at each other’s tables
peeling off each others labels
because all along there’s Human Nature.
Yes there is.

So my friends, the story ends
as a breeze is pushed by familiar winds, uh huh
We complain – what a shame
because it doesn’t really seem to change a thing,
uh huh
So make sure that no stones are thrown, yeah
and don’t lose your direction home, yeah
We should all believe in Human Nature.
Yes we should. Yes we should.
